Fixes

Next button in the inital configuration dialog works properly now
The package manager is now a stand-alone application and has an entry in the K-Menu "System" sub-menu
Pressing enter in the package manager's search box doesn't close the window any more
Hard-disks are displayed as "IDE # Master", "IDE # Slave", "SCSI #" now
New partitions couldn't be added when there were already 4 or more disk chunks, even if only 3 of them were used
The installer now warns the user that the disk must be in LBA mode
IPv6 is now disabled in the kernel since it seems to cause problems with Konqueror and incorrectly configured DNS servers
