Hi ot,
1. Laptops qualify for mor than 50% of all computer sales now, that is
well known.
2. The link is well known here, because I know the person (Lukas Ertl at
University of Vienna, le at freebsd.org) who is responsible for it. I will
add some links in the docu and the FAQ. There have been some ideas to do
a Laptop database for FreeBSD, but none has implemented this yet afaik.
3. LaptopBSD would be nothing more than any other BSD, it doesn't matter
if you run a BSD on a Desktop, Laptop etc.: It runs or not, hardware is
supported or not, applications are available or not. ;)
Kind regards, Daniel
