Ok, seems like all the problems solved. 
Peter, I've sent you some modified files (I've corrected some translation 
mistakes and done what somehow had not been not done last time)
Also there are an instructions about Russian layout switch.
In all other ways, IMHO, the system is ready, I am absolutely pleased. Well, 
maybe not absolutely, but  it's normal for the system with multiple language 
support. To absolutely localize some system, it takes minimum to make own 
distributive of system for each language with even some code rewrites. So ok, 
let 1.0 come out finally.
