[Doc] Translation update and Subversion tutorial

Greetings!

We plan on releasing a new version of the DesktopBSD tools soon. There will be 
a couple of new features included that require translation of additional 
program-internal texts (only the .ts file is affected).

The deadline for translation updates is July 22. Please try to finish your 
translations until then.


We hope that more translators will be using Subversion in the future. This 
would certainly decrease effort for both translators and developers and 
actually make obtaining and submitting new files easier. In order to assist 
translators with this, we wrote a tutorial:
