[General] How to go back default configuration of the Desktop.

Hi,

I am new in the Unix world and I was testing and exploring the options on
the menu after install the 1.6 release.

In Desktop options I changed the default configuration of the Desktop, all
icons and fonts in the Desktop and menu are changed. Now I want to restore
back the default icons and fonts that the instalation give to the users.

How can I restore all this back?
